Buying a new house as senior citizens was a scary undertaking, but Dave Schott made it a rewarding experience for us. He was always quick to respond to any of our questions and /or requests, and was extremely helpful in coordinating contractors for inspections, and helped us understand and prioratize needed repairs and concerns.
