Helpful Tips to Save You Time With Your Search

Saved Searches - Your initial search has been saved based on the property you were viewing when you signed up, and you can change your search criteria or manage your account by CLICKING HERE.  

• Email alerts for new listings and price changes can be sent - daily, weekly, or never.

Searching for Homes

1. You can use our Preset Searches for: City, School District, Price Range, Type of Property, Home Features, and more... and then you can refine your search further.
2. You can select your criteria with the Advanced Search. (unfortunately, agents do not always input all property features in the Realtors database - so try not to use too many criteria for your search - usually the fewer the better, and then read the comments and view the photos)
3. Or, you can use our Interactive Map Search
4. You can set up "COMING SOON" searches for your criteria and receive email alerts.
5. You can setup multiple searches and receive email alerts - a search alert can be as precise as for one individual property.
